About the Speaker
Dr. T. Kalaiselvan is a distinguished academician, industry expert, and strategic leader with over 40+ years of experience across academia and industry. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Quality Circle Forum of India (Chennai Chapter) for 2025–2028.
He is an Advisor to the Naan Mudhalvan Program (Government of Tamil Nadu) and has played a key role in shaping the State-Level Placement Program, enabling employment opportunities for over 2 lakh engineering graduates.
Dr. Kalaiselvan has held senior leadership roles at Anna University (CEG) and Caterpillar India (Head – Learning & Development), contributing significantly to industry-academia collaboration and large-scale skill development initiatives.
An MBA, PhD, and UK-certified professional, he is widely respected for his visionary leadership and commitment to advancing education and employability.
