Refund Policy
At Workfreaks we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our courses and services. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy outlined below:
1.Refund Period:
We offer refunds for course fees paid up to 7 days from the date of application/ course purchase / fees payment and before the commencement of classes. If 7 days have passed since your transaction/ if the classes have already started, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
2.Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us before the 7-day period following your application date.
3.Required Documentation:
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
4.Refund Request Process:
Once we receive and verify your receipt, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of your refund request. Subsequently, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
5.Refund Approval:
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment / as Bank Transfer within a certain number of days.
6.Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund within the specified timeframe, we recommend the following steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you have completed all the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hi@workfreaksbschool.com for further assistance.
