About Dr. T. Kalaiselvan
Dr. T. Kalaiselvan, Chairman – Quality Circle Forum of India (2025–2028), a distinguished educationist and strategic thinker with over four decades of experience across academia and industry. He currently serves as an Advisor to the Naan Mudhalvan Program of the Government of Tamil Nadu and is a key architect of the Tamil Nadu State Level Placement Program, which enabled employment for over 2 lakh engineering graduates. Formerly associated with Anna University (CEG) in senior leadership roles and Caterpillar India as Head – Learning & Development, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening industry–academia collaboration and large-scale skill development initiatives. An MBA, PhD, and UK-certified professional, Dr. Kalaiselvan is widely respected for his visionary leadership and lifelong commitment to educational excellence.
