DR. T. KALAISELVAN
Dr. T. Kalaiselvan is a distinguished educationist, strategic thinker, and academic leader with over four decades of experience spanning higher education and industry. He currently serves as an Advisor to the Naan Mudhalvan Program of the Government of Tamil Nadu and has been a key contributor to the Tamil Nadu State Level Placement Program, which facilitated employment opportunities for more than 200,000 engineering graduates. Having held senior leadership positions at Anna University and served as Head of Learning & Development at Caterpillar India, he has played a significant role in advancing industry–academia collaboration and large-scale skill development initiatives.
